You will engage with the local community to grow the TurboTax client base and connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Professional tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients and advise on tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
