You will act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with Intuit solutions and building local relationships while delivering end-to-end support using TurboTax tools. The role emphasizes community engagement, on-site work, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and brand awareness.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across onsite and virtual interactions.
