Job summary

SonicJobs is recruiting for Intuit's TurboTax Local Service Expert role, on-site in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, conduct community events, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools. Strong tax credentials and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and ensure accurate tax solutions.
• Act as local ambassador, build a client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
