Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and small business taxes with accuracy.
• Active PTIN and strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end client experience.
