Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide, helping customers with full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support in person.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience. An active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN is required, plus 3+ years of 1040 tax return filing experience; 20 hours per week minimum; on-site retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; onsite retail location; 20+ hours/week; weekends possible.
• Willingness to build local community presence and content.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
