Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem for year‑round support.

You’ll grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools. Must reside in the United States and be able to work 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Willing to work onsite between 8 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Willing to complete training and up-skilling.
• Must reside in United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Host community workshops and build local brand presence.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements.
