Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

Applicants should have an active EA/CPA license or equivalent, with strong tax knowledge and willingness to engage with customers in a retail environment. A strong local presence and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or attorney credential preferred.
• PTIN possession and ability to file taxes required by law.
• Experience with tax preparation software and CRM tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
