Randstad USA is seeking a Site Manager to support Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) at a client site in Missouri. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen and place qualified candidates as an on-site HR extension.

You will manage client workforce relationships, recruitment processes, and talent pipelines while ensuring compliance and high-quality service. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver or adjust expectations.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
