Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager for Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) to be on-site at the client location in Georgia. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen and interview candidates, and act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing workforce, relationships, and day-to-day staffing operations.

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
