Randstad North America seeks a Site Manager to support our RIS division on a client site in the United States. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen and identify qualified candidates to fill roles.

You will act as an on-site HR extension, managing the client workforce and delivering end-to-end recruiting services. The role requires strong relationship-building, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate client processes and policies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professional communication at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

• Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits which foster a consultative relationship.
• Market talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate.

• Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent.
