Job summary

Alliance Health System is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team at our Matawan, NJ headquarters. This onsite role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline across clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience or exposure to sourcing in recruiting or HR.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals and events.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and transition qualified candidates.
Represent Alliance Health System as a brand ambassador in the community and online.
Deliver timely follow-up and maintain accurate candidate tracking.
