Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment onsite in California. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

You will leverage ATS/HRIS systems, social media, job boards, and recruiting marketing to build diverse pipelines, track metrics, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in recruitment.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and teams.
• Communicate duties, schedules, and compensation to candidates.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies to attract applicants.
• Maintain ATS candidate activity and recruiting metrics.
