Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, a longstanding private solid waste company, is seeking three Talent Acquisition Specialists to join its Audubon, PA-based HR team. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, post job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, and manage the interview process. A 4-year degree is preferred, with 1–3 years of TA experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Post jobs on multiple channels and source candidates through various methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Extend offers and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with colleges and community partners.
