Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, a locally owned solid waste company, is seeking three Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Human Resources team onsite in Audubon, PA. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across exempt and non-exempt positions and requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple channels.
• Source candidates via networking, databases, career fairs, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate assessments and background checks.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation within guidelines.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
