Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to work onsite at 19772 Pauling, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. The role is full-time, exempt, reporting to HR Manager within the Human Resources department.

Salary is commensurate with experience; pay range listed at $72,384 - $75,000 per year. The recruiter will manage all phases of recruitment from posting jobs, screening, interviews, to extending offers.

Formación

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of state and federal pre-employment laws.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create employment advertisements and coordinate interviews.
• Screen applicants and prepare offers.
• Source candidates via databases, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and networking.
• Coordinate assessments and background checks.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
• Partner with staffing agencies for hard-to-fill roles.
