Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our onsite team in Lancaster, NY. The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines through outreach, local partnerships, and school connections to support Nurse Aide Trainee recruitment.

The successful candidate will manage sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and a range of recruitment activities, including events, postings, and referrals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent resident and staff

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field OR equivalent experience in HR role.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Proficiency in computer applications and systems.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Open, close, and refresh requisitions in a timely manner.
• Represent the facility at recruitment events and job fairs.
• Lead site-based Recruitment and Retention meetings and prepare reports.
• Manage posting processes for internal and transfers.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program and track referrals.
