Job summary

Eze Castle Integration, Inc. (ECI) is seeking an onsite Systems Engineer – Client Services in the Boston area. You will deliver end-user desktop support for Windows, Exchange, and Office 365, triage incidents, manage server-related tasks, and coordinate with vendors for warranty/repairs.

This role requires travel between client sites in the Greater Boston area, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. A Bachelor’s in IT or 3+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or 3+ years of equivalent technical experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Office apps, and Exchange environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and security concepts

Responsibilities

• Resolve level 1 and 2 support cases for end-user issues, infrastructure, and projects
• Provide end-user desktop support for Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments
• Triage incidents, escalate to senior IT teams, and coordinate third-party vendor support
• Install, patch, and maintain software and operating systems
• Travel between client sites within the Greater Boston area as needed
• Support Active Directory tasks and group policy implementations
• Assist traders on the trading desk floor with IT requests/issues
• Perform RCA work when not on tickets and review logs for issues
