Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full‑time Systems Architect & Requirements Engineer to support programs at a facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will develop system architecture using MBSE and SysML, create models for current and future designs, and lead design reviews with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelors in engineering or physics, 2 years of experience or a related Masters, and familiarity with DOORS, MATLAB, Python, Cameo, and Data Hub.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required; government security clearance anticipated.
• Bachelor's degree inMechanical/Engineering or related field from an accredited college.
• 2 years of professional experience or a related Masters degree.
• Familiarity in DOORS, MATLAB, Python, MBSE using Cameo and Data Hub.
• Ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture using MBSE techniques.
• Develop models for current and future system designs.
• Develop system and system element architectures, designs, and interface definitions.
• Support internal and external design reviews.
• Perform system architecture design using SysML based tools.
• Define system functionality, including system states and modes.
• Define system design for software requirements and functional interfaces.
• Synthesize design characteristics into an implementable system architecture.
• Coordinate modeling and simulation scenarios and predicted performance.
• Document system design and implementation for various use case scenarios.
• Conduct model-based performance simulations to assess requirement changes impact.
