Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full‑time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will utilize systems engineering tools such as DOORS and Cameo to generate, modify, and maintain system and subsystem specifications and develop architecture models for the system and subsystems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve desired outcomes that meet cost and schedule goals. The position requires a government security clearance.

Part‑time remote telework: employee selected for the position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Salary range varies by state. For most cities, the annual base salary ranges from $57,500 to $166,000. The role includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, educational assistance, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and an incentive plan.
