Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Systems Administrator to join our onsite team in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on installing, operating, and maintaining information systems while supporting Windows workstations and a centralized admin team.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Computer Science or related field with 1+ year IT experience, DoD 8570 IAT II (Security+ CE) certification, and are prepared for after-hours support as needed. Security clearance required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 1+ years of IT experience.
Experience with Windows Server versions 2008/2012/2016 and Windows 10.
Knowledge of vSphere, Horizon View, data backups, and antivirus software.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations on-site and remotely with admin support.
Resolve service tickets using diagnostic techniques to provide timely resolutions.
Log and track service requests and incidents to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Create and update SOPs, technical manuals, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
