Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as System Administrator or equivalent, preferably in services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Extensive Workday experience supporting HR capabilities.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
• Understanding HR and Payroll business needs and best practices.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis in enterprise environments.

• Bridge business units, IT, and vendors; gather requirements and manage projects.
• Support deployed solutions and conceptualize future technology.
• Drive technology solutions using Workday HCM expertise.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, analysts, consultants, and developers on strategy.
• Support day-to-day production activities across Workday and JD Edwards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Document requirements, test plans, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate IT and User Acceptance Testing; maintain IT controls.
