Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a System Administrator to support the Defense Health Agency at Andrews AFB. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, patch management, and virtualization across local and shared services for healthcare applications.

The candidate will work closely with PMOs to consolidate and secure IT environments, provide Tier I-III support, and ensure disaster recovery readiness in a national defense setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a system administrator background with strong organizational skills.
• Active security clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Experience with patch management, virtualization, and complex IT environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software; implement OS enhancements for reliability.
• Provide administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring across multiple environments.
• Manage patching services, databases, storage, and network devices.
• Support virtual multi-tenant cloud and on-premises resources; ensure IA posture.
