Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a System Administrator on site at Andrews AFB to support DHA healthcare IT services. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining critical applications, managing patches, and ensuring security compliance. The role requires an Active Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with DoD-style environments.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1 year system administrator experience may substitute.
• MCSE certification required/preferred.
• Apply software updates, patches, and DISA STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain system software to ensure reliability.
• Manage patching services and repositories across components.
• Support server consolidation and network connectivity for medical systems.
• Provide Tier I/II support and coordinate with PMOs and IT staff.
• Develop baseline OS images and IA posture for MTF environments.
• Document issues and resolutions via the DHA ticketing system.
