Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a System Administrator for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) on site at Andrews AFB. The candidate will perform tasks to support the integrity and reliability of supported business applications enabling integrated healthcare delivery for those who serve in the defense of our country and their families.

Requires Active Secret Security Clearance and MCSE; responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, and enterprise IT services across local and shared environments.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance Required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field identified. Work experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum one year experience as a System Administrator.
• MCSE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain software; ensure OS reliability and performance.
• Manage patching services and patch repositories across components.
• Support server consolidation and IT shared services environments.
• Provide Tier I/II support to end users and document issues in ticketing system.
• Develop baseline OS images and IA posture for OS/applications.
• Establish test lab for integration testing and maintain metrics/reports on downtime.
