Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments, admissions, and procedures.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and explain charges to patients.
• Prepare documentation, charts, and necessary billing forms.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing units, and UCLA departments.
• Travel to department clinics for coverage as assigned.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
