Elios Healthcare in Indianapolis (South Indy) seeks an experienced Periop Nurse Manager to lead surgical services and perioperative areas, including Pre-op, Post-op, and PACU.

This role oversees 50+ direct reports and ensures safe, efficient patient care while collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical leaders. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.
• Active Indiana or Compact RN license.
• CNOR certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 4–6 years of perioperative/OR nursing experience required.
• 6–8 years preferred, including direct supervisory experience in an OR setting.
• Strong background as a circulating nurse in a surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the OR and perioperative teams in a busy outpatient surgery center.
• Ensure safe, efficient patient care and smooth daily workflow.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other clinical leaders.
