Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN degree is required.
- Active RN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- BLS certification required; other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of action plans and evaluate their outcomes and effectiveness.
- Foster an environment of team empowerment, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Support the advancement of nursing practice through advocacy for evidence-based and professional standards.
- Participate as a key member of the unit leadership team, ensuring smooth operational management around the clock.
