The Temporary Onsite Support Specialist serves as a key resource for deployed healthcare professionals by helping coordinate operational support activities and providing a high level of customer service throughout an assignment. Responsibilities may include assisting with travel-related needs, housing support, transportation coordination, financial reconciliation activities, event operations support, and other critical functions necessary to support business continuity efforts. This is an as-needed, temporary assignment-based role, similar to per diem or on-call work. Work opportunities are dependent on labor disruption activity, and hours or assignments are not guaranteed. Significant gaps between assignments may occur.
Onsite Support Specialists serve as part of a specialized operations team that helps coordinate and support healthcare professionals during workforce continuity events. Team members may be assigned to a variety of operational support functions based on event needs and business priorities. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Team members should be comfortable assisting with clinician support, logistics coordination, operational administration, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. Successful individuals in this role demonstrate: Strong customer service and communication skills Professionalism and sound judgment Attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving abilities and adaptability Comfort working under pressure and managing changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology tools.
HS Diploma or equivalent
College coursework or degree (AA/BA, etc.)
2 years in a fast paced, externally facing customer support department, with preferred emphasis in travel, customer service, or sales operations.

$20.00 - $25.00 hourly when on assignment. Pay Rate: Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
