Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an End User IT Support specialist in Minnesota to build, install and maintain PCs and peripheral devices. You will handle OS deployment, configuration and management with SCCM, VDI and Intune, and provide VIP onsite service support.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, asset tracking via CMDB, and collaboration with Siemens Energy and third-party technicians as needed. Local onsite support is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user device support and PC/peripheral devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS deployment, configuration and management.
• Familiarity with SCCM, VDI and Intune for lifecycle management.
• Experience in onsite VIP service support.
• Ability to support third-party IT technicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user device support including PCs and mobile devices.
• Address issues for Siemens Energy authorized users.
• Manage desktop/laptop lifecycle using SCCM, VDI and Intune.
• Assist third-party IT technicians on request.
• Maintain CMDB status updates for assets (laptop/desktop).
• VIP onsite service support.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and cable resets.

Job description

End User device support- Build, Install and maintenance of PCs, and peripheral devices (such as mobile/smart phones).

• Addressing the issues reported by Siemens Energy authorized users like Microsoft desktop operating system and windows application deployment, configuration, and management.
• Support End-to-End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management using Microsoft SCCM, VDI and Intune.
• Support third-party IT technicians, if requested by Siemens Energy.
• Scope of Asset management will be limited to CMDB status update while allocating/deallocating the devices under scope. (ex: Laptop, Desktop)
