Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Supply Planner in Breinigsville, PA to configure planning systems, create master production schedules, manage inventories, and ensure accurate supply at distribution centers. You will develop deployment strategies and oversee inventory processes for multiple business units, working onsite daily.

You will collaborate across supply chain teams, optimize planning with WMS/Red Prairie knowledge, and support cost-efficient deployment of planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or plant supply chain.
• Experience with planning systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Define finite daily production schedule and capabilities (changeovers, sequencing, sanitation, performance).
• Establish aligned plant capacity such as rates and calendars.
• Responsible for attainment of master production plan.
• Support planning process and effective utilization of tools required.
• Facilitate meetings for key plant and corporate resources to ensure engaged alignment to plan development and execution.
• Provide leadership to resources in inventory management and physical inventory planning.
• Manage materials including disposition of obsolete materials and new production introductions, inventory turns, warehouse capacity analysis, FIFO, etc.
