Job summary

Prysmian seeks a Supply Chain Planner to support the Supply Chain Manager by coordinating materials, inventory, and production needs to meet customer demand. This onsite role is based in Bridgewater, NJ, and Taunton, MA, working with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to ensure accurate schedules and on-time delivery.

The planner will maintain data, monitor constraints, and support lean initiatives while communicating risks and changes clearly.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, or related supply chain function.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• ERP/MRP systems and databases experience; SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
• U.S. citizens only due to industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly planning activities for assigned departments or value streams.
• Review demand, inventory, material availability, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and other departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, constraints, and schedule changes affecting delivery.
• Maintain planning data, schedules, reports, and system information.
• Support lean and continuous improvement for material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate supply risks and schedule changes clearly and promptly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
