You will influence finance, R&D, marketing, and service teams to create network optimization strategies and drive inventory reduction initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, SAP experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years related experience in supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management; MBA preferred
• SAP experience required; medical device experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, and people skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present to executives

Responsibilities

• Maximize product availability while optimizing inventory over long-term planning horizon.
• Influence finance, R&D, marketing, and service teams to develop network optimization strategies.
• Lead reduction of inventory and manage plans for LBE and LRPs.
• Collaborate with demand planning to align monthly forecast and what-if scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
