Job summary

This role emphasizes training and development, budget ownership up to several million, and advancing OEE and CIP initiatives. You will coach teams, manage staffing, and maintain safety and EHS excellence on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience delivering cost reduction and CIP initiatives in a plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a single shift on a multi-shift manufacturing line with leadership for the team.
• Drive quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop plans to train and develop employees to improve manufacturing capability.
• Lead efforts to improve OEE and CIP, manage budgets and material utilization.
• Coach and direct teams to meet performance goals and maintain production targets.
