Thepositionisresponsibleformaximizingproductavailabilitywhileoptimizinginventoryoverthelongterm planninghorizon.Positionwillinfluencemembersofthefinance,R&D,marketing,customerservice,andother membersofsupplychainenterprisetocreatestrategiesfornetworkoptimizationandinventory.Manage supplyrisksanduncertaintyandplansmitigationtorespondtodynamicbusinessconditions.
ResponsibleforcompliancewithapplicableCorporateandDivisionalPoliciesand procedures.

Strategy:Collaboratewithbusinessunits&externalthirdpartyproviderstoidentifyanddocumentkey assumptionsthatcouldimpactthesupplynetworkanddevelopstrategiesfor efficientresponsetochanges.
Performance:Providesguidanceanddirectiontoteammatestoensureconsistentexecutiontoand escalationofdeviationsfrom,agreedstrategies.
Financial:AccurateprojectionandreductionofDistressedInventory(Excess&Obsolescence).Develops plansforPlan,LBEandLRPpackages.
Service:Maximizingcustomerexperiencethroughproductavailability.
Inventory:ReductionofAVinventorytoreducecapital,StandardsRevisionVariance(SRV)and distressedInventoryimpactontheAVP&L. Analysis:Developstoolstotestthecost,flexibilityandefficiencyofthenetwork.
ReportstoSr Supply Chain Manager and will be managing anassignedscopeofproducts and manufacturing site(s).
RepresentsSupplyinterestsduringnewproductintroductionandthe life cycle management of the product.
Collaborateswiththedemandplanningteamto align on a monthly forecast andidentifypotential “what-if” scenarios.
InfluencestheAVmanufacturingsites,ThirdPartyprovidersandDistributionCenter supply teams.
InteractswiththeMarketingandCommercialteamsforinventoryreductionanddeliveryofcustomer serviceexpectations.
LeadsthereductionofAVinventorythroughout the entire supply chain network.
Plansandorganizesprojectassignmentsofsubstantialcomplexityandstrategicimpacttoorganization
Bachelordegree(Engineering,SupplyChainorBusinessManagement) or combination experience and education in related work background.
MBApreferred
SupplyChainandProjectManagementcertificationspreferred
Minimumof8+yearsofrelatedworkexperience
Supply Chain experience is required.
SAP
Medical Device experience preferred but not required.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
