Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Supply Support Specialist in Petaluma, CA, onsite, to support logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, and supply activities at a U.S. Coast Guard training facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in supply, warehouse, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• English literacy (read/write/speak).
• Able to obtain installation access credentials and pass background screening.
• Able to collaborate with customers, teammates, management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and document transactions.
• Coordinate storage, distribution, and movement of supplies.
• Monitor trends, shortages, and excess stock; assist planning.
• Generate reports and support data analysis.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy.
• Initiate purchase requests and track orders.
• Serve as contact for vendors and shipments.
• Receive and inspect shipments; verify against docs.
• Support housing, facilities, and student administration.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain records in systems.
• Coordinate with government personnel and contractors.
