Job summary

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single voice for the Supply Chain during risk events.
• Lead impact assessments across supply and operations teams.
• Provide real-time updates and mitigation strategies to senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain long-term supply continuity roadmap.
• Conduct risk sensing, environmental scanning, and benchmarking.
• Establish mitigation strategies for top supply risks.
• Drive policy and system changes for better sub-tier visibility.
• Develop and maintain Singer’s procurement rules and regulations.
• Evaluate price, reliability, quality and availability of goods.
• Ensure on-time delivery of purchased material at or below costs.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to reduce total material cost.
• Identify constraints impacting production schedules.
