Job summary

Victaulic in Duluth, GA, seeks a Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist to own material readiness, inventory control, ERP planning integrity, and FEM compliance. You will ensure production orders start on schedule with materials available, maintain accurate inventory, and drive disciplined replenishment while coordinating with plant leadership.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven root-cause analysis to close KPI gaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and planning parameters.
• Proven track record improving material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Experience leading corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Strong process ownership and data/system accuracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are available to support scheduled production.
• Identify and resolve material shortages and supply risks.
• Reduce material-driven schedule disruptions, downtime, expedites, and premium freight.
• Maintain planning parameters, lead times, and replenishment settings that support material availability.
• Own inventory accuracy, inventory turns, cycle count effectiveness, and excess and obsolete inventory reduction.
• Maintain inventory governance through accurate transactions, replenishment discipline, and inventory controls.
• Develop, maintain, and audit supply chain standard work and process controls.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material and inventory issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented, documented, and sustained.
• Maintain ERP master data, planning parameters, and replenishment system integrity.
• Lead FEM audit preparation and support inventory reduction initiatives.
• Drive KPI ownership for material availability and on-time readiness.
