Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Production Engineer for the Duluth, GA facility to own production engineering tasks from BOMs to CAD-generated machine programs and runtime estimates, while preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.

You'll work with production teams to resolve drawing interpretation issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) required.
• Strong communication across departments and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials for part codes.
• Create routers for estimated production runtimes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for production projects including labor and materials.
• Develop CAD programs to generate machine programs and drawings.
• Analyze drawings and project specs to ensure accurate estimates.
