Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist in Duluth, GA to own material readiness, inventory control, ERP planning integrity, and FEM compliance. You will collaborate with plant leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time availability of materials and disciplined replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, materials management, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, replenishment processes, and planning parameters.
• Proven track record improving material availability, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.
• Experience leading corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Strong process ownership and accountability with data and system accuracy.
• Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Material readiness to support scheduled production.
• Identify and resolve material shortages and supply risks.
• Reduce material‑driven schedule disruptions, downtime, expedites, and premium freight.
• Maintain planning parameters and replenishment settings.
• Own inventory accuracy, inventory turns, cycle count effectiveness, and reduce excess inventory.
• Support annual physical inventory activities and reconciliation efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and audit supply chain standard work and process controls.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material and inventory issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
