Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
• Ability to analyze business conditions during deployment to minimize disruption.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive cross-department processes.
• Experience with supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead initiatives to improve the supply-chain process.
• Manage procurement of finished goods, forging, castings, and raw materials from the worldwide supply base.
• Maintain supply chain application systems.
• Plan and monitor inbound material flow and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, warehouse and purchasing teams.
