Job summary

RTX is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Composites Value Stream within Pratt & Whitney, part of its Global Supply Chain. You will lead a matrixed team of Account Specialists and Buyers, coordinating with Quality, Planning, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted parts flow while meeting quality and contractual requirements.

The role emphasizes project management, supplier leadership, and use of the CORE Operating System, with travel 10–25% annually and onsite work in Middletown, CT. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in operations, planning, supply chain, business or related field with 10 years of experience; or an advanced degree with 7 years.
• Working knowledge in SAP.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens can access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team of Account Specialists and Buyers.
• Support escalations from Composite suppliers with Quality, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and CIPT.
• Foster a positive team culture and utilize CORE Operating System.
• Manage PO/SA release end-to-end to support a delivery assurance plan.
• Oversee supplier management of on-time delivery, metrics, and capacity ramp plans.
• Drive results related to key Global Supply Chain metrics.
• Ensure adherence to Procurement Manual, Standard Work, and ethics policies.
