Job summary

RTX, in partnership with Pratt & Whitney, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a matrixed team of Account Specialists and Buyers within the Composites Value Stream. The role requires project management excellence, strong cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to the CORE system to ensure uninterrupted production flow while meeting quality, delivery, and contractual requirements.

Travel is 10–25% annually.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of SAP.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Meet customer requirements by providing timely and accurate updates via preferred communication channels.
Provide leadership and engage employees using the CORE Operating System.
Manage end-to-end PO/SA release process to support a delivery assurance plan.
Oversee supplier management of on-time delivery, leading indicators, and capacity ramp plans.
Drive results related to key Global Supply Chain metrics.
Address delivery roadblocks and escalate where needed for Composite suppliers.
Encourage active use of Procurement Manual/Standard Work.
Ensure compliance with Procurement Manual, GSC Standard Work, and ethics and trade regulations.
Travel 10–25% annually.
