Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication to share findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Interest or experience in process improvement, time studies, 5S, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support on the manufacturing floor with process improvement initiatives and 5S activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and productivity.
• Develop reports, presentations, and performance metrics to communicate findings.
