Stateside Brands in Philadelphia is offering a full-time Supply Chain Intern position onsite at our Philadelphia Headquarters four days a week, September 2026 through May 2027. You will support procurement, inventory management and order flow, gaining hands-on experience across the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in SCM, business, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and fulfillment of wholesale distributor orders.
• Assist in order creation and receipt of various raw materials for production.
• Communicate with vendors to address business needs.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Support the planning and execution of supply chain projects and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the supply chain team.
