Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Intern at our Fairfield, Ohio facility for the Fall 2026 semester. This is apart-time, onsite position designed for students looking to gain hands‑on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, quality improvement, and data analysis while completing their studies. If you're passionate about solving problems, analyzing data, and driving process improvements, we'd love to hear from you! No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

What will you do?
  • Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement while supporting the development of performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide visibility into logistics and quality performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy, while supporting quality and process improvement initiatives through data‑driven recommendations.
  • Participate in projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, including:
    • Supporting packaging and material flow improvement initiatives.
    • Analyzing shipping and logistics processes to identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve quality.
    • Conducting product and process reviews to help drive supplier and operational improvements.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with or interest in data visualization tools such as SAP.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and database management concepts.Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self‑motivated learner with an interest in supply chain, logistics, and quality management.
  • Ability to work onsite during business hours while balancing academic commitments.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23 to $27.50 per hour. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
