Job summary

Vallen's Supply Chain Services Site Coordinator role oversees daily operations and coordinates onsite supply chain, vending, and VMI activities at a customer location. You will report to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager and work with inside sales and account management to strengthen customer relationships and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in supply chain, with at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions operations at the site.
• Lead and develop onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates.
• Align team activities with the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Manage onsite inventory and assets for optimal utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service delivery.
