Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in supplier quality.
• Alternate associate degree with 10+ years of supplier quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, CTQ, SPC, 8D, and 5 Why.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and supplier audits is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust Receiving Inspection plan based on supplier quality performance.
• Lead on-site supplier audits and evaluate processes against ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvement actions with Purchasing.
• Collaborate with production to investigate and resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Lead PPAP/FAI and Gage R&R to support APQP and ensure product consistency.
• Travel 20-25% to supplier locations.
