Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Floor Support to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while delivering outstanding customer service on the warehouse floor.

The role involves conducting orientations, monitoring attendance, attending client meetings, assisting with timekeeping, and supporting associates to meet performance metrics.

At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:

• Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes

• Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed

• Attend client meetings

• Assist with onsite timekeeping

• Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met

• Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.

• Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
