Job summary

Exp Federal is seeking a Site Superintendent in Tullahoma, TN. The role focuses on leading construction operations, coordinating schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards on federal projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Understands all facets of the construction process.
• Preferred QCS Trained, OSHA 30 Hour trained, Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.)
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents.
• Collaborate with administrators on supervision of construction operations.
• Develop dig permits, outages plans, etc. to schedule work with end users.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work for compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
