Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee Transmission and Distribution substation maintenance within its geographic area. You will supervise substation mechanics, relay mechanics, foremen, and contractors, driving safe work practices and a strong safety culture.

The role requires coordinating maintenance programs, storm restoration, and compliance with FERC/NERC/SERC regulations, while developing staff through training opportunities and performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate storm response and restoration efforts, including out-of-town teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
• Support training and development for staff and contractors.
